Our 90 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests and is set in a quiet, natural location just behind the dike—only 200 m from the North Sea. The house features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, Wi-Fi, as well as a baby cot and high chair. Outdoor Area & Extras: Enjoy your private garden with a covered terrace and barbecue (cleaning by guest). Free parking is available directly on the street. Important Booking Conditions: Check-in & Visitor’s Tax: After booking, please complete the contact form on the booking platform. Contact us at least 3 days before arrival to arrange visitor’s tax cards and self-check-in (key box). The code will be provided after payment of the visitor’s tax and submission of your details. Laundry Service: Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on site for an extra charge. Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed (for an extra charge on site). House Rules & Cleanliness: To avoid additional costs, please observe our rules: Pets: Animals are strictly not allowed on sofas, armchairs, chairs, or beds. Please bring your own baskets or blankets. Condition on Departure: The house must be left tidy. Please dispose of rubbish (waste separation instructions on site), clean dishes and barbecue, and empty the fridge and dishwasher. General: Non-smoking property. Parties only allowed upon prior request. In case of serious violations or heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge extra costs. The property offers 3 bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, as well as a baby cot and high chair. Outdoor Area & Extras: Enjoy a private garden with covered terrace, barbecue, and playground. There is a storage room for bikes or motorcycles and private parking at the house. Laundry service: Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them for an extra charge, available on site. Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed (for an extra charge on site). House Rules & Cleanliness: Non-smoking house, no parties or events allowed.
